"I'll Beat Your A**!" Charlotte protester threatens Fox News reporter on live TV

While covering the Charlotte riots on Thursday night, Fox News reporter Mike Tobin faced off with a masked protester on live television. The protester made obscene gestures and then threatened "I'll beat your a**" when Tobin tried to ask him a question. See the video below:

I don't think this guy will be held up as the face of the protesters by the mainstream media.

Watch Hillary's condescending treatment of Fox News' Ed Henry

Hillary has kept the press out in the cold for over a month now, refusing to answer their questions and only meeting with arranged groups that would politely nod and smile when she speaks. That changed today (5/19) when Ed Henry of Fox News dared to call Hillary out during one of these "talks" in Iowa. He asked her when she would take press questions, and she basically blew him off. You can see her condescending and uncomfortable response in the video above, posted by Rising Response.

The tactic seems to have worked, as Hillary suddenly decided to answer a few press questions afterward. Thanks to Fox News for initially posting the report.

Shocker! Liberal commentator defends Fox News

Political commentator Sally Kohn will never be mistaken for a conservative shill, but she is a liberal who isn't afraid to speak the truth. In a recent column for The Christian Science Monitor, Kohn made an admission that will likely cause the hemp underwear of her liberal colleagues to ride up into uncomfortable places.

Kohn writes that, counter to the criticism and stereotypes the left tries to attribute to Fox News, the folks that work there are actually smart, decent people. "It's strange to suggest that a seemingly simple realization such as that is in fact a profound revelation," she wrote. "But in our hyperpartisan era, when we often vilify the other side as being less-than-human, it is."

Perhaps even more shocking to her liberal counterparts is Kohn's statement that certain conservatives the left despises, including Karl Rove and Sarah Palin, aren't the monsters they build them up to be. "Sean Hannity is one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet – and even now that I've parted ways with Fox, he remains a good friend and mentor," she said. "For a radical progressive who once harbored negative stereotypes about folks on the right, it was a turning point for me to meet people such as Mr. Hannity, Karl Rove, Monica Crowley, Sarah Palin, and so many others, and see that – though we certainly disagree profoundly on political issues – they're personable and kind and human. Just like me."

Kohn is a long time civic volunteer and community organizer, and founded the Movement Vision Lab, a grassroots think tank. You can read her column for The Monitor here.

MSNBC up in arms over attention paid to UmbrellaGate

MSNBC has their hemp panties in a bunch again, and this time it's over the attention being paid to an Obama scandal. No, it's not Benghazi...or the IRS...or AP snooping...or targeting Fox reporters. They're upset over the attention being paid to the UmbrellaGate scandal. We're not kidding. The one thing you and I took as a joke that pointed out the prissy elitism of this administration is the only thing on MSNBC's radar. Those other scandals...I guess they don't exist. Much like MSNBC viewers.
