The shocking personal connections between D.C. Democrats and the media

The cozy relationship between Democrats in Washington and the mainstream media became even more apparent after Obama advisor Susan Rice found herself back in the news recently.

After revelations that Rice was behind the "unmasking" of names of Trump associates in U.S. intelligence reports, ABC News ignored the story. That was because Rice has a close, personal connection ABC News that most were unaware of. She isn't the only Washington Democrat with friends and family in the same media tasked to report on them.

DC teacher tells kids to compare George W. Bush to Hitler, won't lose job

The Hitler/Bush worksheet

A teacher in Washington D.C.'s public school system made national news recently after giving an assignment in which sixth grade students were asked to compare former President George W. Bush with Adolf Hitler. The teacher at McKinley Tech Middle School (who has not been identified) has admitted to using poor judgment and has apologized, but apparently will not lose his/her job.

The assignment, which was not part of any established curriculum, asked students to use a Venn Diagram worksheet (which uses overlapping circles to note similarities between two subjects) and compare the political overreach of both Adolf Hitler and George W. Bush. The assignment was called "Men Who Abused Their Powers."

The instructions for the assignment stated "Now that we have read about two men of power who abused their power in various ways, we will compare and contrast them and their actions. Please refer to your texts, 'Fighting Hitler – A Holocaust Story' and 'Bush: Iraq War Justified Despite No WMD' to compare and contrast former President George W. Bush and Hitler. We will use this in class tomorrow for an activity!"

The bias against conservative writer Larry Correia

Sci-fi writer Larry Correia may be a best-selling author, but he's also conservative, so there are plenty of liberal elitists who don't want to see him get any more credit. That may be one of the reasons why Correia has never been nominated for a Hugo Award, which recognizes the best in sci-fi and fantasy literary work. However, Correira tried to stick it to his critics by organizing fans to vote in the Hugos this year. To hear what he had to say about the liberal bias against him, click here to read my story at Examiner.com.

Liberals: The George W. Bush Library will kill kittens!

No wonder newspapers are going out of business. The Dallas Morning News posted an embarrassing story today that reported on the plight of stray kittens that are going to be displaced by the new George W. Bush library being built next to SMU in Dallas. Seriously. It sounds like someone at the very liberal SMU is reaching for any reason to hate on W's library. Liberals have been protesting to SMU regents for years trying to keep it from being built, and they failed. So bring on the kitties.
